Business/Company Name: AgentPro Media LLC
Contact Email: support@postbump.com
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of PostBump. By using PostBump, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What PostBump Does
PostBump helps users create, schedule, manage, and publish content to connected social media accounts from one platform.
PostBump may allow users to upload media, write captions, schedule posts, connect third-party accounts, view post history, and manage posting activity.
We may change, add, remove, limit, or discontinue features at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use PostBump.
By using PostBump, you confirm that you have the legal authority to use the service and to connect any social media accounts, pages, profiles, brands, or business accounts that you add to PostBump.
If you use PostBump for a business, client, organization, or brand, you confirm that you have permission to act on its behalf.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your PostBump login information secure.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including posts created, scheduled, or published through connected social media accounts.
You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Connected Social Media Accounts
PostBump may connect with third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Dropbox, OneDrive, or other services.
Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms, policies, rules, and account requirements.
PostBump does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for platform outages, API changes, posting errors, permission changes, rejected content, rate limits, account restrictions, suspended accounts, or removed content.
5. Permission to Publish
When you connect a social media account and create, upload, schedule, or submit content through PostBump, you authorize PostBump to use that connection to provide the service.
This may include storing authorization tokens, uploading media, transmitting captions, publishing scheduled posts, retrieving publishing status, and receiving posting errors or related account information.
You may revoke this permission by disconnecting the account in PostBump, if available, or by removing PostBump’s access directly through the third-party platform.
6. Your Content
You keep ownership of the content you upload, create, schedule, or publish through PostBump.
By using PostBump, you give PostBump permission to host, store, process, transmit, and publish your content only as needed to provide the service.
You are responsible for making sure you have the legal right to use and publish your content.
You agree not to upload, schedule, or publish content that is illegal, deceptive, harmful, infringing, abusive, defamatory, harassing, malicious, or in violation of any third-party platform rules.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use PostBump to:
Violate any law or third-party platform policy
Post spam, scams, phishing, malware, or deceptive content
Impersonate another person, brand, or business
Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights
Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others
Manipulate engagement, followers, likes, views, or platform metrics
Attempt unauthorized access to PostBump, another account, or any connected platform
Interfere with PostBump’s security, servers, systems, or service operation
Use PostBump in a way that creates legal, technical, security, or reputational risk for PostBump or its users
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Scheduling and Posting Disclaimer
PostBump will attempt to publish scheduled posts at the selected time, but posting is not guaranteed.
Posts may fail or be delayed because of expired tokens, permission issues, platform outages, API changes, media restrictions, file size limits, rate limits, account restrictions, internet issues, server issues, or user error.
You are responsible for checking whether scheduled posts were successfully published.
PostBump is not responsible for missed posts, delayed posts, failed posts, duplicate posts, incorrect posts, lost engagement, lost revenue, account restrictions, or other consequences related to scheduling or publishing.
9. Data Deletion and Account Removal
You may request deletion of your PostBump account data by emailing:
Use the subject line: PostBump Data Deletion Request
Please include your name, your PostBump account email address, the connected platform involved if applicable, and whether you want your full PostBump account deleted or only data related to a connected social media account.
After verifying your request, PostBump will delete or de-identify your personal information and connected account data unless we need to keep certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, backup, or compliance reasons.
If you connected Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Dropbox, OneDrive, or another third-party service, you may also revoke PostBump’s access directly through that platform’s account settings.
Revoking access from a third-party platform stops PostBump from accessing that platform going forward, but it may not delete data already stored in your PostBump account unless you also submit a deletion request to PostBump.
For Facebook or Instagram data deletion requests, use the subject line: Meta Data Deletion Request and include the connected Facebook Page, Instagram account, or Meta account involved.
10. Payments and Subscriptions
If PostBump offers paid plans, billing terms, pricing, renewal details, cancellation rules, and any refund terms will be shown during checkout or inside your account.
By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize PostBump or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method.
Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
11. Service Availability
PostBump is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that PostBump will always be available, error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or compatible with every third-party platform at all times.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important content, media, captions, records, and account information.
12. Intellectual Property
PostBump, including its website, software, design, branding, logo, features, and technology, is owned by AgentPro Media LLC or its licensors.
You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, modify, or misuse PostBump except as allowed by these Terms or with written permission.
Third-party platform names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
13. Termination
You may stop using PostBump at any time.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for PostBump or others, fail to pay required fees, or if we are required to do so by law or platform requirement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AgentPro Media LLC, PostBump, and their owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
This includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, missed posts, failed posts, account restrictions, business interruption, reputational harm, or loss of goodwill.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to PostBump will not exceed the amount you paid to PostBump in the three months before the claim arose, or $100 if you used only free services.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless AgentPro Media LLC, PostBump, and their owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of PostBump, your content, your connected accounts, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of third-party platform rules.
16. Privacy
Your use of PostBump is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above.
Your continued use of PostBump after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
